It has come to my attention that in Magic: the Gathering Arena, there is a "New Player Experience" (basically a tutorial to the game). In it, they use some cards that do not currently exist in real Magic, putting these cards in a weird state of semi-existence.
Are they allowed on Wyvern games or not?
To be clear, all of these cards suck (a vanilla 2/2 for 1W!? An Aura that grants +1/+1 and nothing else for U!?) and you'd probably never want to use them ever, but we should decide one way or the other just to be safe.
The cards are:
* Angelic Reward || 3WW || Enchantment -- Aura || Enchant creature || Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 and has flying.
* Blinding Radiance || 2W || Sorcery || Tap all creatures your opponents control with toughness 2 or less.
* Confront the Assault || 4W || Instant || Cast this spell only if a creature is attacking you. || Create three 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying.
* Cruel Cut || 1B || Instant || Destroy target creature with power 2 or less.
* Feral Roar || 1G || Sorcery || Target creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn.
* Goblin Bruiser || 1RR || Creature -- Goblin Warrior || 3/3
* Goblin Gang Leader || 2RR || Creature -- Goblin Warrior || 2/2 || When Goblin Gang Leader enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 red Goblin creature tokens.
* Inspiring Commander || 4WW || Creature -- Human Soldier || 1/4 || Whenever another creature with power 2 or less enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life and draw a card.
* Nimble Pilferer || 1B || Creature -- Human Rogue || 2/1 || Flash
* Ogre Painbringer || 3RR || Creature -- Ogre || 7/3 || When Ogre Painbringer enters the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to each player.
* River's Favor || U || Enchantment -- Aura || Enchant creature || Enchanted creature gets +1/+1.
* Shorecomber Crab || U || Creature -- Crab || 0/4
* Shrine Keeper || 1W || Creature -- Human Cleric || 2/2
* Soulhunter Rakshasa || 3BB || Creature -- Cat Demon || 5/5 || Soulhunter Rakshasa can't block. || When Soulhunter Rakshasa enters the battlefield, it deals 5 damage to target opponent.
* Tactical Advantage || W || Instant || Target blocking or blocked creature you control gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
* Titanic Pelagosaur || 3UU || Creature -- Dinosaur || 4/6
* Treetop Warden || 1G || Creature -- Elf Warrior || 2/2
* Zephyr Gull || U || Creature -- Bird || 1/1 || Flying
We need to decide whether we want these on WyvernIRC or not.
Personally, I vote no, so that we can mimic Paper Magic as best as we can, but I am interested in what others have to say.
